It begins with the initial interaction of knowing our clients better in their own words. This primary stage of interface is highly beneficial for providing an effectual counselling session later.
Moving on to the stage of psychometric assessments, simple and scientific paper- pencil tests are given by the student. These tests do not require any preparation beforehand since they are not related to any academic subjects. The individual gives a series of 6-7 tests depending upon the age and educational qualification which assesses the student’s potential through the scope of their aptitude, intelligence and personality. Some tests could be timed and some untimed. Since it takes around 5-6 hours, sufficient amount of breaks are provided. This is to ensure that the test taker is alert and gives all the tests sincerely.
