Description
Career related issues are taken care by a career focused counselling session or psychometric assessment followed by a one on one counselling, but all of us experience a wide variety of issues in which we feel overwhelmed. One may not feel comfortable talking about it to one’s family, friends and relatives without doubting their intentions. One may feel the need to talk to an objective professional regarding their concerns.
Sometimes one may not be able to pin point the issue and thus may feel hesitant to approach a professional; but working through the uneasiness (if it may be termed) and arriving at the core issue is also something that can be done in the counselling session.
