While we provide Vocational Guidance and advice based on Psychometric Testing, Personal Counselling Services for people going through an overwhelming issue, we also provide counselling focusing on dealing with issues preventing an individual from living a healthy life. Additionally, an important part of Growth Centre’s psychological services is also clinical assessment and counselling; which helps in determining origin, nature and effects of behavioural and emotional dysfunction. Mental health issues can be faced by people in various age groups. Accepting and understanding that there is a need for further probing into the condition is the first step towards the betterment of the individual. Clinical assessment involves various reliable and valid instruments used for the diagnosis of various mental health problems; which include neurotic disorders (people who undergo depression, anxiety, mental trauma, and phobia) and psychotic disorders (people who suffer from the problems like schizophrenia, paranoia and manic-depression psychoses). An in-depth analysis of the mental health dysfunction is extremely necessary to direct the course of clinical counselling treatment.
