ISO 9001:2015 QMS and ISO 14001:2015 EMS Standards were released in the month September 2015.
Major changes in the above standards structure:
• High Level Structure
• Identical Core Text
• Common terms and core definitions
Validity of existing ISO 9001:2008 Certification:
• ISO 9001:2008 Certifications will not be valid after the end of September 2018.
• From March 2017 all initial certifications under accreditation shall be to ISO 9001:2015.
Same is applicable to ISO 14001:2004 EMS also.
