Responsibilities:
Essential Qualifications: Science graduate with CPC certification from AAPC mandatory
Relevant Experience (In Years):
*Graduate / Post Graduate with 1-3 year of experience in US Insurance / Healthcare Industry and good academic profile
Essential Skills / Personality Traits:
*1-3 year experience in processing Healthcare / Disability Claims
*Analytical Skills: Ability to use systematic, disciplined and data driven methods that get to root causes and solution identification
*Quality: Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness and overall quality of work is as per the requirements specified
*Teamwork: contributes to building positive team spirit, supports everyone's efforts to succeed
*Communication: Clear and good verbal and written communication skills; expresses opinion without hesitation
Domain Expertise: Insurance / Healthcare
Operational Responsibilities:
*Ready to work for dual shift including night shift on rotational basis
*Experience in US healthcare coding standards
*Experience in coding, validation of codes (CPT, ICD-9 CM codes, HCPCS, Place of service, Revenue codes, etc.,)
*Good computer skills - MS-office (Excel mandate)
Experience: 1-3 years
