- Thorough knowledge of documentation, submission & updated immigration laws of various countries.
- Knowledge of visa documentation especially for Australia PR, Canada PR & New Zealand.
-Guiding the enquirer on visa requirements.
Job Responsibility
•Oversee all aspects of the Visa & Immigration Service, ensuring that the process runs smoothly.
•Guiding the enquirer on visa requirements.
•Subject Matter Expert of Immigration processes for CANADA, AUSTRALIA, NEW ZEALAND majorly
•Handling clients queries and concerns
•Handling Visa applications for all the countries
•Coordinating with client over the phone and e-mails
•Resolving all the issues which the client may have
•Handling escalations of the clients
•Meeting with clients
•Providing appropriate guidance to the clients to make their cases more stronger for the Visa
