You will be working closely with Product, Marketing, CRM and Development teams. - Should be highly talented in providing creative ideas and new concept designs. - Proactively ensure that marketing messaging stays fresh, compelling and relevant. - Conceive of and designs for a wide range of web environments including email and online advertisements, Promo advertising, e-mailers, flash animated advertisements, GIF Animated banners and Ads. - Should be very good in Photoshop and illustrator. - Should have good knowledge on 2D Flash animation. - Should be able to do sketching, Drawing, Arts etc., - Provide clear communication/feedback as well as guidance and training to production teams relative to creative work. - Participate in all key creative presentations to communicate creative concepts. - Develop and maintain a style guide that will help inform the creative templates. - Should have brief knowledge on Web design and development. - Continually research brand competitive environment, industry best practices and marketing trends
