Coordination with the Care Center (Health Impetus Pvt Ltd) and Patient
• Getting Patient Data from Field Force/Care centre/ Doctors
• Scheduling Patient home visits and training/ counseling them according to the project need.
• Reporting to the Project Lead according to the prescribed time-interval.
• Conducting Patient feedback at random
Computer basic skills
• Reviewing self performance with the Care centre on a weekly basis
• Consent fulfillment from the patient
• Consent dispatch to central office
• Receive and make calls from/to Patients
• Schedule patient home visits (if applicable)
• Program detailing to the patient before consent
• Injection comfort and education (if applicable)
• Extend Value Added Services (VAS)
• Report ADR (Adverse Drug Reaction)
Report activities on a daily basis
• Reporting to Project Lead/ Project Manager/ Asst Manager Operations in the given formats
Requirements
a) Good communication in local language of respective city and English
b) Should know areas of the city
c) Must have relevant qualification (B.Sc Nursing/ B.Sc + Nursing diploma)
d) Must be ready to travel within the city and around the city
e) Must be presentable
