Ganga Technical Campus

Description

The concept of a Technical Campus introduced by AICTE is novel and innovative one. It provides facilities of education and research in various professional programmes at UG, PG and Diploma levels under one roof. Characteristically, the Ganga Group of Institutions has taken a courageous step in establishing the Ganga Technical Campus (GTC) at Vill. Soldha, Bahadurgarh situated on the border of Delhi.
Laboratories
The School of Engineering and Technology has well equipped laboratories, in Physics, Chemistry, Basic Mechanical Engineering, Basic Electronics, Fundamentals of Computer Programming and Electrical Technology.
The School of PG Engineering boasts of several well equipped Labs like Internet lab, OOPS lab, Operating System lab, Mechanical lab, Experimental Stress Analysis lab, Power System lab, Structural Engineering lab Computational lab, Satellite Communication lab, VLSI Design lab, Optical Communication lab and Embedded Design lab etc.
The School of Diploma Engineering has well equipped laboratories in Physics, Chemistry, Analog Electronics, Applied Mechanics, Basic Mechanical Engineering and Electrical Technology besides a fully equipped workshop.
Central Library :The GTC library is fully computerized digital library, complete with books and periodicals as per the norms of AICTE and the affiiliating body viz. Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak. Multimedia facility and recording and reprographic facilities have also been provided. The library has access to more than 500 international e-journals on Engineering and Technology through membership of DELNET.
Computer Center : The Center has a collection of 631 computers supported by printers, scanners, headphones, web-cams, microphones, CD's, DVD's and multi media kits.
Internet : Round the clock, 6 Mbps radio link and lease line internet connectivity.
Language Lab : ETNL based language laboratory has 31 seats and software for the teaching of all the facets of English and other foreign languages.
Transport Facilities : The GTC has a fleet of buses for daily transportation of students, faculity and staff to and from the campus to Delhi, Gurgaon, Bahadurgarh, Jhajjar, Rohtak, Rewari and Charkhi Dadri.
Cafeteria : The on-campus cafeteria serves nutritious, wholesome and tasty food and beverages to the day-scholars, faculty, staff and visitors.
Indoor and Outdoor games and sports facilities : The GTC has spacious grounds and equipment for all major outdoor and indoor games viz. football, basketball, volleyball, hockey, badminton, cricket, chess, table tennis, carom etc.
Medical Facilities : On-campus primary medical facilities for all students, faculty and staff are available.
Hostel Facility
Hostels : Housing is the greatest issue for learners who come from outside haryana to search for entrance in GANGA TECHNICAL CAMPUS. Their first concern is to get accommodation in a hostel, because discovering appropriate areas in HARYANA is a task in itself. But hostel accommodation is never simple to come by as only a few institutions offer hostels services .
GTC provides best hostel facility seperate for boys and girls with accomodation of 200 students.
Mess Facility : A large Mess Hall with a capacity of 300 members to dine at the same time enables all students and staff to have lunch and breakfast. A large modem kitchen with steam cooking is attached to the mess hall.
