The important prospect in any BPO Non-Voice Project is maintaining accuracy. We have developed software for QC (Quality Check) for HTML Tagging Project.
QC TRAINING + QC SUPPORT SOFTWARE TRICKS CHARGES
Features:
1. Ultra-fast QC Report Generation
2. Each employee can generate QC Report of 250 Files in 1 day.
3. Only 80% phase of training will be given to employees. Remaining 20% phase consists of usage of software. The employee will not have total control over the software. In this way, it is 100% safe.
4. All the errors will be highlighted in RED color. So, the agent can directly go to the place of error and correct the mistake.
Note: Initially an Agent/Employee/Worker may take 1 day for 125 Pages. But after 1 week, he/she can easily do QC for 250 Pages in 1 day.
QC Software Package
1. QC Training for 1 day (online/offline)

3. Updates will be provided if any.
4. Online support if need.
Note: Online training is provided free of cost. If center is interested in live training, then the client has to make arrangements for traveling and accommodation.
The software will be installed unlimited pc.
If the center is in good relationship with us, we will provide QC work load with advance payment. Whatever the work load we receive from our clients, we will forward the same to the center.
Mode of Payment
1. Online Training: The center can make the full payment in any of our bank accounts and get online training. This is preferred for our existing clients.
2. Live Training: The center has to pay 20% of charges first and confirm the arrangements for traveling and accommodation. As soon as our trainer reaches your center, you have to make the remaining 70% payment in our bank. As soon as the payment is confirmed, we will instruct the trainer to move ahead with training and software installing. Software will be sent through online to the client after payment is received.
