PROFILES: TECHNICAL SUPPORT EXECUTIVE
Candidate having prior BPO experience will be an added advantage. We have openings in the TECHNICAL SUPPORT EXECUTIVE INBOUND. Salary is not a constraint for the right candidate.

Eligibility Criteria: 10+2, Graduate/ Undergraduate/ Dropouts with good communication Skills are welcome!
6 days working.
Work location: Noida
Salary package: 15K to 35K (in hand) + Travelling allowance + Daily cash incentives + fixed night shift + Alternate Sat off & Sun Fixed Off.

Desired candidate profile:-
Candidate should have 0.6 month to 3 years of experience in Technical Support Voice Process/Technical sales.
Candidate with good customer service skills would be preferred.
Provide Tech. Support to international customers on call.
Windows operating System, installation and troubleshooting.
MS Office, installation and troubleshooting.
Outlook, installation and troubleshooting.
Explorer, installation and troubleshooting.
Computer hardware installation and troubleshooting.
