We are hiring Fresher Recruiters for US Recruitment Process.

Position: Fresher HR Recruiter - US Process
Location: Masab Tank, Hyderabad
Duration: Full time
Timings: 7:30 PM - 4:30 AM
Working days: Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:

1. Identifying candidates with the right skills to match the clients requirements.
2. Analyzing and understanding the technical recruitment.
3. Should have the ability to deliver results and handle pressure
4. Must be good team player and should be capable to interact with the team members on a regular basis.
5. Must have good attitude and should show commitment towards the given responsibilities.

Required Skills:

• Must be a graduate in any stream. (Pursuing candidates need not apply)
• 18 months commitment has to be given
• Willing to work in NIGHT SHIFT as per US time zone
• Excellent verbal / written communication & interpersonal skills.
• Never give up attitude
