As of now, we are dealing with an
Inbound and a Data Entry Project:
We are end client.
Please find the details of Inbound Below:
Government Inbound Project with Advance
Voice = 30 lakh
Non-voice = 7 lakh
Project: KCC (Kisaan Call Centre).
 District wise distribution with 25
 Seats (20 Inbounds & 5 Outbound) in each district.
 Type of Work: Receiving incoming calls on the toll free Number provided and solving the queries of farmers. On 20 seats.
 Rest 5 seats will be for outbound calling. Informing the farmers regarding agriculture fair in each district, providing Fertilizer information to the farmer’s database and govt initiated seed counters.
 Database and calling minutes
 Would be provided by Govt. for these 5 Seats.
 Rate Paid: Fixed 25,500 on each
 seat for 20 seats and a fixed amount of 26,500 on rest 5 seat
 Call flow: Depends on the query coming.
 Centre would be in direct contact with the nodal offices.
Training: Provided.
1 agriculture Scientist on govt Payroll would be appointed to each District KCC for training and query solving techniques. KCC within 60 days of starting the work which will be managed in billings.
Procedure:
1. Prepare a business proposal.
2. Submit the BP along with other Company Documents in Ministry.
3. Sign application form on Day 2.
4. Sign the contract within 48 Hours of Application.
5. Get the Receiving Certificates and Mutually Signed Agreement Copy.
6. Get the Work Order within 7 Working Days...Pay my Rest Charges.
Charges Involved:
1. Total 7 lakhs paid in 2 installments. Initially 3 lakhs on Agreement.
2. Rest 4 Lakhs on Getting Work Order.

Data Entry Work
Type of work: Entering data into the given software from the hard and soft copies provided.
Rate: Rs.20.00 per form.
Total number of Forms: 26, 320, 00
Time limit: 7 months
Billing cycle: Monthly
No. of seats: depends on centre this much of form they can complete of 50 seats or 500 Seats.
Infra should be in ready Condition with working environment.
Requirements:
1. Company must be 1 yr old.
2. Copy or MOA and Registration certificates
3. past experience certificates
4. Copy of balance sheet
5. Copy of IT return.
6. Last 6 months of bank statement
7. Id adds proofs with 6 passport size photographs.
Commercials:
Total 4.00 lakhs at Sign-Up. 5 percent royalty.
PS: New Centre can also apply but will have to bear 50,000 Extra for managing it.
PS2: Centers from all over India are eligible to apply.
