Corjuem Fort is situated in north Goa which was built in 1705. It was built in Caetano de Melo e Castro. It is situated on Corjuem Island near of the Aldona village. It is a smaller fort than other forts of the Goa. Its nearest attractions are Mapuca River, hills, Aldona local village, Corjuem Island and surrounding wide open space. This fort also used as Military School in before 1800 but now Corjuem Fort is abandoned from 1894.
Goa state has several other forts which are Fort Tiracol, Chapora Fort, Fort Aguada, Cabo de Rama and Fort Anjediva.
