This is to bring your kind attention that we are having an urgent requirement for (International Outbound Survey Process) for the post of Customer Care Executive/ Customer Service Associate (Fresher & Experience both can apply).

Designation :Customer care Executive

Job Role : Outbound Voice Process
Making calls to customers & need to do survey.

Candidates are required to be energetic, patient and alert while speaking to customers over phone.

Job Location : Kolkata

SALARY : Rs: 8000 & above + (incentive).

Basic Eligibility Criteria:

• Academic Qualification - Minimum of 10 + 2 / 10 + 3 years Diploma pass. Graduates/Post Graduates may also apply.

• B.Tech, M.Tech, M. Phil, MBA, MCA, LLB, CA, CS pass candidates are not eligible.

• Candidates should have basic knowledge in computer. shortcut keys, toggling between windows and typing

• Typing Speed – 12 - 15 WPM / 85% accuracy.

• They should relocate in Kolkata within the drop zone (for out station candidate).

• Candidates should be flexible to work in late night.

• Age bar – 18 years and above maximum 35 yrs.
Good Communication skill in English is mandatory as well as flexibility with night shift.
